Thank you for your interest in replacing the discontinued ColorBar Software product.

We believe Virtual Labels – first released in 2006 and implemented throughout the USA is the answer.  VL is the product with the support and implementation capabilities that will make the transition as smooth as possible and have as little disruption to your current daily function.

With that said, your current label design(s) will be matched, you will have software access to print labels on-site, you will be shown how the software works and then any day you choose can start using Virtual Labels Print Software.  The cost for this is a one-time, all inclusive cost of $985.00.

Please note, if you’d like to use any existing inventory of your ColorBar Label Sheets, there is a $225.00 fee to setup the software so it will print to the ColorBar Label Sheets.  Then once they are depleted, the software will be updated so the new Label inventory matched for use with Virtual Labels can be used.  We can provide you the new Label Stock when it’s needed.

If this is acceptable, simply add this product and if needed, the Color Bar option to your cart.  Separately, please email ([email protected]) pictures/scans of your current ColorBar Label design for us to match.

We can then begin to walk you through the steps to make this transition.
