What exactly is Records Management and why do I need it?
Put simply, Records Management is organizing your hardcopy documents, files or records that are generally stored in folders so they are Easy to Retrieve, Easy to Re-File and are Easy to Locate at All Times.
Really not much different than what a PC does with files stored electronically.

What does the Survey/Analysis entail?
We schedule a visit to review your current methods of storage, the space occupied, current staff requirements, charge out systems, current problems, retention methods, etc...Upon completion of the survey, we then analyze the work and provide you with a report which includes complete and detailed recommendations.
